At Nicobar, we want you to love your island-inspired finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags intact and include the invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 48 to 72 hours.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team completes a quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
